Give Chance a raise!

Chance and crew are too pros. I had a heater and water boiler fail within 7 months. Both times they came out the same day and and replaced units. Fair price and great service!

I called on a Friday morning with no heat. Chance was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the issue - turns out I needed a new system but on Monday morning, Chance and John arrived and replaced the system! While they were doing their quality assurance checks after replacing the system, they noticed some potential issues. They stayed 2 hours later than needed to make sure all parts were operating to optimum efficiency to ensure I didnt have any issues after they left. Truly a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

O’Donnell plumbing and staff are consummate professionals from the owner to plumbers to office staff. Job was completed fast and quote was accurate. No charge for follow up. I give this firm my highest recommendation

I woke up Sunday morning to a freezing cold house. Since O’Donnell’s installed my heater I called them Chance came over within a short time of me calling and tried his best to get me up and running. As it turns out I needed a part to be ordered. The team went above and beyond to get my service back up and running as quick as possible. Chance has to make 3 additional trips to my house and each time he came with a smile and a promise I would be back as soon as possible. I am so grateful

Steve and Tom were both great. They arrived early, got to the root of the problem, didn’t take any shortcuts and were helpful in explaining the issues and what can be done to prevent further ones. I will definitely use them again.

John was professional and knowledgeable, but $1450 to install a humidifier is more than double the estimated cost I received from another professional HVAC/Plumbing company.
