I called on a Friday morning with no heat. Chance was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the issue - turns out I needed a new system but on Monday morning, Chance and John arrived and replaced the system! While they were doing their quality assurance checks after replacing the system, they noticed some potential issues. They stayed 2 hours later than needed to make sure all parts were operating to optimum efficiency to ensure I didnt have any issues after they left. Truly a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

I called O'Donnell after another dishwasher installer couldn't install my dishwasher. I got an appointment right away. They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable and did the job quickly and efficiently. They cost a little more than the other installers, but they got the job done correctly. Very happy.

From the moment I called the office on Thursday morning and spoke with Laura regarding our hot water heater issue, through the inspection, repair and replacement service with Robert - the customer service, and quality of work was exceptional. Robert was professional, courteous, knowledgable and efficient; he even took the time to inspect pressure gauges and shut off valves, and labeled all the valves in the basement. Everyone was very responsive and quick to resolve our problems - in less than 24 hours the entire job was complete. I would absolutely recommend O'Donnell to anyone.

Great experience! Called at 7:30am in the middle of a major snow storm…An actual person answered the phone and Ray C was at my door by 8:15am and house went from freezing to toasty by 9:15am!!!!!

The repair person seemed knowledgeable. However, there were factors that kept the problem from getting resolved , partly due to weather. Usually things go more smoothly than this time. This situation resembled a comedy of errors. The part replaced was extremely expensive.

They replaced my toilet shutoff valve in about 15 minutes!

Ray and his team mate Robert expertly installed pneumatic-assist toilet which we had previously discussed. Exceptionally neat & clean project & it was a pleasure to have them in my home.

My wife and I have been using O Donnell & Sons for a couple of years now. We have an older home, and with an older home, you become familiar with your plumber, painter and handyman quite quickly. After vetting other plumbers, we found Ray and O Donnell & Sons to be professional and direct about our needs. We're not asked to deal with upsells, but we are given a good overview and demonstration of the problem, how the problem came to be, and what it is involved time-wise and at what cost to fix the problem.

Very pleased with Robert's work. He explained all our options, was prepared with all the equipment needed, and did a quick and thorough repair. Robert does a particularly good job of explaining what needs to be done and discussing options in layman's terms, and is very patient with questions. He is very personable and inspires your confidence. He represents O'Donnell very well.

They were very professional. I had dealt with 3 other contractors to fix my AC problem,they never got back to me. John came out. knew what the problem was, came back and fixed it. Jill went above and beyond to get my unit fixed. She kept me informed all the time while she was in contact with Goodman about my warranty
